Return Policy in English

Dear customer, our some easy return policy. 

1. We will return the parcel if it is damaged or defective, but no return is given for the parcel without defects.

2. In the case of returns, you can order any other product of equal or higher value, in which case the remaining price of the higher-valued product will be added. Or you can get a refund for the product you ordered. But you have to bear the cost of delivery.

3. Return requests must be sent within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.

4. After we receive your return request and verify the returned parcel, within 10 working days you will receive a refund of the equivalent amount of the product you ordered or a new product replacement of equal value.

সম্মানীত ক্রেতাবন্ধু, আমাদের সহজ রিটার্ন পলিসি। 

১। পার্সেল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে কিংবা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ থাকলে আমরা রিটার্ন করে দিবো তবে ত্রুটিমুক্ত পার্সেলের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন দেওয়া হয়না।

২। রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে, আপনি চাইলে সমপরিমান মূল্যের কিংবা বেশি মূল্যের অন্য যেকোনো প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করতে পারবেন, সেক্ষেত্রে বেশি মূল্যের অন্য প্রোডাক্টের বাকি মূল্যটুকু যোগ করা হবে। অথবা আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পন্যের মূল্য ফেরত নিতে পারবেন। কিন্তু ডেলিভারীর খরচটুকু আপনাকে বহন করতে হবে।

৩। পার্সেল গ্রহণ করার ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিটার্ন রিকুয়েস্ট পাঠাতে হবে।

৪। আমরা আপনার রিটার্ন রিকুয়েস্ট গ্রহণ করার পর এবং ফেরতকৃত পার্সেল যাচাই করার পর, ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের সমপরিমান অর্থ ফেরত অথবা নতুন সমমূল্যের প্রোডাক্ট রিপ্লেসমেন্ট হিসেবে পাঠানো হবে।
